Common questions

What happens if it rains? +
Manila Horizon sails in all weather conditions. Our vessel features covered dining areas on the main deck, so your dinner and entertainment are unaffected. In the rare event of severe weather, we will reschedule your voyage at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
Is there a dress code? +
We suggest smart casual — linen shirts, summer dresses, loafers. Avoid flip-flops and athletic wear. The evening is relaxed but refined; dress as you would for a sunset rooftop dinner.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Absolutely. Our chef prepares vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free alternatives with the same care as the standard menu. Please note dietary requirements during booking, and we'll tailor your five-course experience accordingly.
Is this suitable for children? +
Guests aged 12 and above are welcome. Children 12–17 receive a modified non-alcoholic beverage menu and a specially plated dinner at a reduced rate. We're unable to accommodate children under 12 at this time.
Where exactly do we board? +
Boarding is at the new Manila Bay Beach (formerly Dolomite Beach) along Roxas Boulevard. Look for Manila Horizon signage at the main entrance. Valet parking is available on-site.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% credit toward a future voyage. No-shows are non-refundable. We always recommend travel insurance.
